Dress Code

A Word About Dress

Bible Baptist School recognizes that a person's dress and grooming does not make him or her a Christian or even more "spiritual."  However, as a school, we maintain the right to set standards that we believe honor God and create an atmosphere conducive for the education of children. We expect parents to see that their child is sent to school conforming to our dress code.

Standardized Dress Code

Bible Baptist School has a standardized dress code. The official apparel supplier is Lands' End. You may choose an alternative supplier such as J.C. Penney, O'Hara & Flynn, etc.  All individually selected items must be consistent in color and style with those in the Lands' End catalog, meet all dress code standards, and have no logos. The school will provide you with complete details with regard to styles, colors, and catalogs.

Dress standards apply to coming and going to school for all bus students. Students not properly dressed will be excluded from classes until conformity is met.

There will always exist occasions when a student's manner of dress or appearance are subject to administrative disapproval, in spite of endless criteria being established. We therefore ask parents and students to willingly accept the administration's ruling on a student's manner of dress.
