Thank you for your interest in Bible Baptist School. Our desire is to provide a quality Christian education for you and your children. A committed staff of over 50 people stands ready to assist you in nurturing your children for Christ.

Please use the enclosed materials to make application to the school. If you should need any assistance, do not hesitate to contact our office.

_____ International Student Medical Requirements

_____ Dental Form

_____ Physical Form (include immunization records)

_____ Pupil Emergency Form

_____ Current TB test results within 3 months of starting date

_____ Copies of Transcripts/Grade Reports (in English)

_____ Proof of Medical Insurance

_____ English Proficiency Test Scores (either SLEP or TOEFL)

_____ Copy of Birth Certificate or Valid Passport or VISA

_____ Pastor’s Recommendation

The school is not able to make a decision on admission until all of the above is received.
