ELEMENTARY PARENTS & STUDENTS:
Summer Blast Off: This is the elementary end of the year party! Join us for this fun-filled BBS family event on Tuesday, May 27 from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Dress code for Summer Blast Off is Race for Education Tee-Shirts and modest shorts. We have a “water theme” this year and the children have the potential to get wet. Parents, if you wish to send along a change of clothes for your child(ren), please feel free to do so. We can still use parent volunteers to make this day happen. If you can spend all day or even part of the day, we can use the help! Come and join us!
Awards Chapel: You are invited to the final Awards Chapel at the end of the year. Please feel free to call the office if you have any questions. Below is a list of what awards will be given:
Wednesday, May 28, 8:30 a.m. – Awards Assembly (Grades 1-6 only) Bible – 4th Quarter Handwriting – 4th Quarter Perfect Attendance Race for Education Junior Olympics Safety Patrol
Fines: Any outstanding fines with the school will result in your child’s report card being held. Please make sure all library, lunch, morning tardies, after school late pick ups, and aftercare fines are paid prior to May 30. You would have been notified via letter that you have an outstanding balance.
Dress Code for the Last Day of School, May 28: Students may dress down (no shorts) to enable you to donate uniform items to the Uniform Exchange Program. When donating uniforms, please remember to make sure all items are washed and not altered. Extremely faded polo shirts and white polo shirts that are stained will be thrown out. Please double check all uniform clothing prior to donating for next year.
ALL SCHOOL:
High School Girls Basketball Fundraiser: Dine at the Friendly's Restaurant on Market Street in Camp Hill from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 3 and Friendly's will donate 15% of ALL sales to the Lady Bobcats Basketball Team. A clown will also be present that night to add to the fun. So, come out for good food, great fellowship and fun! No coupon needed to participate in the fundraiser. The Lady Bobcats thank you in advance for your support!
Summer Hours: The elementary office will be closed for the summer. The MS/HS office is open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The MS/HS office is closed July 4th week and every Friday in July. Gift cards can be purchased in the MS/HS office over the summer during business hours.
